What does Made-To-Order mean?

Made-to-Order items are ordered through an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer and are produced to order. This includes our bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses. As these gowns are produced just for you, they are non-returnable and all

Our lead time can vary based on production schedules. We advise ordering the dresses with ample time before your wedding date to allow for shipping and any alterations that may be needed. Please reach out to your retailer for confirmation on our curr

What is a lead time?

Lead times are how we measure the how long it will take to produce your dress. Our current standard lead time is up to 20 weeks. Please check with your retailer for current lead times.

Will you take Made-to-Orders in less than 20 weeks?

We take rush orders for an additional fee and they are dependent on our production schedule. Please consult with your retailer for fees associated with rush orders of 12 weeks and under. Please note our standard lead times currently are up to 20 week
