Ready to Ship: If you need to change or cancel a Ready-to Ship order, please contact us as soon as possible here or at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed. 

Made to Order: Unfortunately, Made-to-Order purchases cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately. These orders are final sale; they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

For any orders placed through one of our retailers, you will need to contact the team there directly for support on any potential order changes/updates.
