What is the difference between Ready to Ship and Made-to-Order?Updated 12 days ago

Our Ready-to-Ship orders are in-stock and ship out within 2-3 business days. They are fulfilled from our e-commerce inventory which has been curated specifically for the Jenny Yoo online customer. Ready-to-Ship orders shipped within the United States have a return policy that can be found here. We are constantly working to reorder, restock, and add new items to our assortment so feel free to keep checking back for updates, or for an item to come back in your size! 

Our Made-to-Order purchases are produced specifically for whomever placed the order and they will all run on a multi-week lead time. The lead time is the time it takes to have the dress produced before it can be shipped to you. Those lead times are contingent on the style, size, and color of the garment. You can place a Made-to-Order purchase for active Bridesmaid Dress, Little White Dress, or Event Dress styles directly on our website. Made-to-Order purchases of bridal gowns must be facilitated through one of our showrooms or authorized retailers.
