Ready to Ship (Online Orders): 

• Bridesmaid dresses, Little White Dresses, and accessories: Returns accepted within30 daysof order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping fees apply.
• Bridal gowns: Returns accepted within14 daysof delivery.

Made to Order: 

• All Made to Order items are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, including in cases of event cancellation.

For exchanges on Ready to Ship items, we do not have a formal exchange program. You can initiate a return online and place a new order for the item you need. When submitting your return, you can opt for store credit to use toward your new order.
