Was my order successfully placed? I did not receive a confirmation email.Updated 3 months ago

Depending on the inbox settings of one's email, any Jenny Yoo correspondences are sometimes sent to a customer's Promotions/Spam/Junk folders. If you are not finding your confirmation email, please check your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders for it. 

It is also possible that you are not receiving a confirmation email because there was a typo in the email address when it was offered. If you are not finding your confirmation email in your multiple folders, we suggest reaching out to customer service team with the styles, size, and color of at least one of your items, as well as when the order was attempting to be placed, as well as their email address. From there, the customer service team can do a thorough investigation into our orders to make sure yours was successfully placed.
