Once you see that your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow between 10-15 business days for it to be processed and refunded.
As long as your return tracking shows that it has arrived within 30 days (or 14 for bridal gowns) to our warehouse, you are within our return policy! Please bear with us as our return processing times have increased. Please reach out to [email protected] with any specific questions!
