How do I make my return for ready to ship orders?Updated 14 days ago

To initiate a return, visit jennyyoo.com/pages/returns and follow the prompts using your order number and email address. You'll be able to select the items you'd like to return and print a return shipping label. 

Please place your item(s) in the original packaging and drop off at your nearest FedEx location. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 

Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming your return has been received back and another when your order is refunded.

Please note that all international orders are final sale and are unable to be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 

We do not allow returns to be dropped off at our New York or Chicago locations.
