After creating your return label, please using this link to schedule your pick up. You just add in your shipping label's tracking number, your address, a preferred delivery day, and special instructions (if you would like) to help the driver easily find where you have placed your package for pick up. The pick up is just an additional $5 in addition to the standard $10 return shipping fee for all returned orders.
