Do you offer store credit?Updated 2 years ago

We offer store credit as an option for your return vs. a refund, and you can choose this method when you submit your return for approval. Store credits never expire and can be used on any future online purchase at jennyyoo.com. They are not valid on Made-to-Orders.

Store credit follows our standard return policy guidelines: Items will only be accepted in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return tags, and packaging still attached. Please note that we charge a $10 return shipping fee for all returns, and any Fedex pickup service to your home will incur an additional $5 fee. We do not refund original shipping costs.

We also offer store credit as an option if your return is past the deadline for a monetary refund, up to 90 days from order date. You will see this option available when you initiate your return. 

Please note that all International orders are final sale and are unable to be returned or exchanged. They are also not eligible for store credit.
