Ready to Ship (Online): 

• Bridesmaid dresses, Little White Dresses, and accessories: Returns accepted within30 daysof order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping fees apply.
• Bridal gowns: Returns accepted within14 daysof delivery.
• Please note that we charge a $10 shipping fee for all returns. Please note we do not refund original shipping cost.

Made to Order: All Made to Order items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances, including event cancellation. 

International orders (outside of the United States) are final sale and are non-returnable. They are ineligible for a monetary refund or store credit. 

Any concerns or comments regarding any potential damage, defect, or construction issues must be expressed within 10 days of receipt of your order. We recommend trying on/inspecting any purchases immediately after receipt so we can handle any concerns promptly and effectively.
