For exchanges on Ready to Ship items, we do not have a formal exchange program. You can initiate a return online and place a new order for the item you need. When submitting your return, you can opt for store credit to use toward your new order.

Ready to Ship (Online Orders): 

• Bridesmaid dresses, Little White Dresses, and accessories: Returns accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping fees apply.
• Bridal gowns: Returns accepted within14 days of delivery.

Made to Order: 

• All Made to Order items are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, including in cases of event cancellation.
